Fiberglass Shower Trays
Our New Fiberglass Shower trays are now in full production and ready for immediate shipment.
Each tray is about 16 by 52 inches, 13 inches high with a 12 by 48 inch bottom. Each tray will hold 4+ cubic feet of media of your choice. They can be nested for easier shipping and then stacked with PVC or stainless steel spreader bars.
The trays are available as blanks, you do all the cutting and modifications to suit your needs, or can be ordered with bottoms drilled and water outlets installed to your specs.
There are several choices for media that can be used in these trays. Please call to discuss your needs.

Small
These Low Profile Bio Rings have a unique geometry made of ridged cylindrical surfaces and linear internal braces which provide larger surface areas for thin-film liquid formations and a multiplicity of drip points. When randomly installed, the bed forms an integral reticulated structure with excellent resistance to deformation to allow higher bed heights than other types of packing. Low Profile Rings have a low aspect (height/diameter) ratio of 0.3 compared to 1.0 for standard cylindrical ring type packing. The low aspect ratio offers opportunity for efficient gas and liquid contact and increased performance. Low Profile Rings have no protruding edges which minimizes the chance for nesting and offers more uniform liquid distribution. With low packing factors, Low Profile Rings allow increased hydraulic capacity while maintaining a low pressure drop.
